What’s included in my membership (Hot Desk and Dedicated Office)?

We want to make sure your experience is stress-free and enjoyable, without any surprise extra costs. Our amenities include all building utilities (water, electricity, heating, and air conditioning), a postal address (subject to management approval), hot desk area and cosy lounge, super high-speed fibre WiFi, 3 hours of meeting room included, up to 100 pages of printing, complimentary tea and coffee, showers and changing areas, bicycle storage, and 24/7 access control.

Can I host meetings or events in the space?

Yes, both members and non-members can reserve meeting rooms and event spaces. We offer rooms of various sizes, equipped with video conferencing and AV equipment for professional presentations and meetings. Rates and availability can be checked with our Apex team.

What are the typical working hours?

We’re here for you 24/7, so you can work whenever it suits you. If you have a Day Pass, you can enjoy access on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm. Our friendly reception and support services are available from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Where can I work on a Day Pass?

You’re welcome to make use of our shared co-working area and breakout lounge, and feel free to use the private booths whenever you need them.

Which payment methods can I use?

We’re happy to accept debit/credit cards and standing bank orders. We are unable to accept payment in cash.

What is the guest or visitor policy?

Members can have up to 2 guests at a time. Guests should stay in your office or in our lounge and should not use open-plan workspaces. If you plan to bring 3 or more guests, please book a meeting room. All guests must be signed in for security. Guests are welcome to purchase a day pass, if they wish to stay and work in the space.

None of the listed prices include VAT. As a VAT-registered company, we are legally obliged to charge VAT.

How fast is the internet?

A 1GB fibre-optic internet connection – means blazing speeds up to 1 gigabit per second (1000 Mbps). Work on large files and collaborate online without any lag. Perfect for all your productivity needs

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of membership. If you have a Hot Desk Membership, we need 30-days notice to cancel your monthly membership. For Dedicated Offices, you’ll need to give us a heads-up 90 days before you wish to cancel. Day Passes can’t be cancelled or refunded once you’ve bought them for the day.

Unfortunately, we don’t have parking available. We recommend checking online for parking options in the area.
