We want to make sure your experience is stress-free and enjoyable, without any surprise extra costs. Our amenities include all building utilities (water, electricity, heating, and air conditioning), a postal address (subject to a fee and management approval), hot desk area and cosy lounge, high-speed fibre WiFi, discounted meeting room prices, up to 100 pages of printing, complimentary tea and coffee, showers and changing areas, and 24/7 access control.
Yes, both members and non-members can reserve meeting rooms and event spaces. We offer rooms of various sizes, equipped with video conferencing and AV equipment for professional presentations and meetings. Rates and availability can be checked with our Apex team.
We’re here for you 24/7, so you can work whenever it suits you. If you have a Day Pass, you can enjoy access on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm. Our friendly reception and support services are available from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
You’re welcome to make use of our shared co-working area and breakout lounge, and feel free to use the private booths whenever you need them. Meeting rooms are also available with prior booking at an additional charge.
We’re happy to accept debit/credit cards and standing bank orders. We are unable to accept payment in cash or AMEX.
Members can host one or two guests in the lounge anytime between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Please register them via the App or with a member of the team.
Each guest is allowed to a complimentary stay of up to two hours in the lounge area, except when attending meetings in specifically booked meeting rooms, where workspace access is not allowed. Once this period is exceeded, a charge for a hot desk pass is applicable to the host company. You are more than welcome to use your own private office or to book a meeting room if you need a more private space.
Your guests are welcome to use the lounge area however we ask that the hot desks and booths remain available for members.
We ask that you are responsible for your guests at all times and invite you to remain with them for the duration of their visit.
Guests are not eligible for another free visit if they return to the workplace later on the same day.
In the interests of the coworking setting, we politely request that children are accommodated in a more child-friendly environment.
We reserve the right to restrict entry, in the event of abuse of our access policy.
None of the listed prices include VAT. As a VAT-registered company, we are legally obliged to charge VAT.
A 1GB fibre-optic internet connection – means blazing speeds up to 1 gigabit per second (1000 Mbps). Work on large files and collaborate online without any lag. Perfect for all your productivity needs
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of membership. If you have a Hot Desk Membership, we need 30-days notice to cancel your monthly membership. For Dedicated Offices, you’ll need to give us a heads-up 90 days before you wish to cancel. Day Passes can’t be cancelled or refunded once you’ve bought them for the day.
