Community & Health
Apex is committed to supporting organisations and practitioners providing services to the West Hampstead community.
Our dedicated Community Space is currently being developed as part of Apex Health, providing consultation and treatment space for community-facing healthcare practitioners.
We also welcome enquiries from local charities, not-for-profit organisations, community groups and health and wellbeing providers. Where our dedicated Community Space is fully allocated or isn’t suitable for a particular requirement, we may be able to offer flexible use of space elsewhere within the wider Apex hub, including treatment rooms, meeting rooms and other shared facilities.
We recognise that community organisations often have different requirements and budgets, so we aim to be flexible.
Charities, not-for-profit organisations and other eligible community groups may benefit from preferential rates or, where availability allows, complimentary use of meeting space

Mariana Pruna is the Head of Operations, with over 8 years of experience in the flexible workspace and coworking industry. She has led teams and grown communities across major operators including XCHG, Citibase, Landmark and Regus.
Shaleen Naomi-Jordan
Shaleen Naomi-Jordan is the Operations Assistant, with a strong background in customer service and office management across fast-paced environments including Fora and Sitel. Known for her calm, organised approach and warm personality, she supports the daily running of the space and helps members feel at home.
