Prices are set according to capacity and the grade of the office — factors such as natural light, internal air conditioning, floor area, and constraints like pillars. We also offer Early Bird discounts and special discounts if you commit to a longer term.

Every private office includes a £200 monthly meeting room credit, printing, 24/7 access, a staffed reception handling guests and deliveries, café discounts and 20% off food at Apex Lounge. There is no set-up fee and no separate service charge.

No. Apex charges no set-up, joining or onboarding fee. You pay your first month’s rent and a deposit of one month’s rent, and nothing. Everything is ready for you to move in with no hidden cost.
