We exist to solve the challenges of traditional office life, including rigid leases, isolation, and the lack of a real working community.

Our Story 

How Apex Coworking Started 

Apex Coworking started with a simple idea: workspaces should serve people, not the other way around. We wanted to create a space that felt professional, inspiring and community-driven, offering an alternative to outdated offices and noisy coffee shops. 

Why West Hampstead? 

West Hampstead’s strong local character, excellent transport links and village-style vibe made it the perfect home for Apex. It offers the ideal balance between convenience and community, giving professionals a vibrant alternative to central London. 

Growth and Milestones 

Since opening in 2024, Apex has grown into a thriving hub for professionals, creators and local businesses. 

• Launched with 10 private offices, two meeting rooms, and a coworking area.

• Expanded shortly after with 17 more offices, additional meeting rooms and a podcast studio.

• Developed and let out a larger self-contained workspace with its own entrance and meeting facilities for growing teams.

• Hosted and supported local events including Summer Fiesta, CAWH West Hampstead board meetings, and Camden Giving Christmas Carols.

Team Background 

Our team brings together professionals passionate about work culture, design and community. With experience in hospitality, operations and workspace innovation, we focus on delivering a smooth, welcoming and high-quality member experience every day.

  Mariana

  Mariana Pruna is the Head of Operations, with over 8 years of experience in the flexible workspace and coworking industry. She has led teams and grown communities across major operators including XCHG, Citibase, Landmark and Regus.

• 

  Shaleen Naomi-Jordan

  Shaleen Naomi-Jordan is the Operations Assistant, with a strong background in customer service and office management across fast-paced environments including Fora and Sitel. Known for her calm, organised approach and warm personality, she supports the daily running of the space and helps members feel at home.
